Tilting is a part of poker, important part and every player who wants to be a pro must be aware of tiling in poker.
Basically tilting is when the luck is out, and you lose from one to several pots that had to be in your pocket. This seems a bad karma – you did everything right and played "by the book" and lost!
This is a very dangerous point in the game, because now your game can be influenced from your emotional state, all this can result in playing hands you shouldn’t and make decisions you wouldn’t.
What to Do When Being on a Tilt?
When getting on tilt it is absolutely important to take a short 5-10 minute break to relax. After you feel you got into "ease mode" try to reflect on previous hands you played and got lucky.
This helps you see the game for what it really is – nothing but a mixture of luck and skill.
Don’t lose the skill and the luck is back!
